Our gelato starts with our farm fresh milk, adding only milk powder, egg yolk, sugar, sea salt and vanilla to the classic base! We then use real, local ingredients and create the best seasonal flavors!
We never use artificial dyes, flavors or other weird ingredients, so you really can feel good about this gelato.
Gelato will come frozen, with dry ice. Do not touch dry ice with bare hands! Immediately move your gelato pints into the freezer to enjoy later, or allow the frozen gelato to sit out at room temperature 10-20 minutes, until it softens. Gelato is naturally lower in fat than American ice cream, so it needs some time to soften before you enjoy it!
We recommend, if this is a gift, please notify the recipient of their gelato's arrival, so they can plan appropriately to get it in the freezer! We guarantee 48 hours of freezing, so make sure you are ready for your shipment to arrive!
