Happy weekend from our freezing cold quarters here in Western PA! It's already been an up and down of temperatures this month, but these last few days have been icy cold (our van doors were even frozen shut!). Don't get wrong: I'm as much hoping for a white Christmas as Bing Crosby, but I'll take it in the 30's, please.

In the meantime, we have so much going on at the farm, including new Holiday gelato (Holiday cheesecake!), a fresh batch of eggnog and more! First up: our newest gelato is a return of a seasonal favorite: Holiday cheesecake. We start with our cheesecake base and stir in a compote of cranberry, oranges and cinnamon spices and finish the frozen treat with a gingersnap crumble. It's the cheesecake I'd imagine for the Holidays and its ready at the farm shoppe this weekend!

We're also releasing our seasonal, giftable glass eggnog quarts this weekend. These are a limited supply and always GO FAST. Quarts of fresh, farmstead eggnog make a perfect gift alongside your favorite spirit or plate of Christmas cookies. We'll try to hold onto them all week, but stop by this weekend for a guaranteed supply. Our regular plastic quarts and pints are here, too!

Extended Holiday hours continue at our farm shoppe this weekend and next weekend: we'll be here Saturday 10am until 2pm and Sunday 1pm until 4pm with a farm shoppe full of Holiday gelato, a fresh batch of eggnog and yogurt, milk and gifts galore! We have a few Holiday mugs - a beautiful handmade pottery mug painted with a holiday scene perfect for gifting. And candles, caramels, logo gear and so much more! We're so grateful to each and every one of you who takes the time to stop by and shop small. You guys are the reason we're here, and that's not lost on us.
