It's Friday, and Beef is Back!

How we're at the final Friday in February, I'll never understand, but even with an extra day, February is almost gone! Spring is just around the corner, we can all feel and are so, so glad. Our days are edging longer and longer as the temperatures are hovering above average here in PA, and it's such a welcome treat this month.

And speaking of treats, we've got a few good ones ready for you this weekend at our farm shoppe! From new gelato flavors to a FULL BEEF RESTOCK, we're so excited to bring the goodness of local food from our farm to your freezer.

From Delmonico to sirloin, T-bone to ribeye and NY strip to filet, and even a few of these show-stopping Tomahawk, our steak collection is fully stocked.  We have roasts, ground beef, beef short ribs and even the speciality cuts: flank and skirt steaks!  It's the perfect time to stock up!

Jesse and I were busy in the creamery Thursday making up TWO gelato flavors. We've reinvented our raspberry: this time with a raspberry swirl and chocolate chips  (instead of the fudge) at your request! Our good friend Denny grew us the most delicious raspberries and we're using up the last of them to swirl into our classic vanilla gelato with a chocolate chip scattered throughout! And I'm so proud to bring back one of your all-time-favorite flavors: CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH!  A scratch-made edible cookie dough is loaded into our classic vanilla gelato with a few added chocolate chips for the Vivian kids' favorite flavor yet!

Gelato and beef are available this weekend (and every weekend) at our farm shoppe: Saturday 10am- 2pm.
