Happy Groundhog Day!

Well, I guess we're gifted an early spring (according to Phil), for which we definitely won't complain!  Did you know we live less than a 30 minute drive from good-old Phil in Punxsutawney, PA but I've never been. Not even as a teen! I'll take this as a bucket list to get my kids to Gobbler's Knob at least once.
.
On a different note: it's a Leap Year! Who knew?! As we flipped the calendar today we noticed a 29th day in February! I hope this brings good tidings and prosperity (ehr, one more take to make prosperous!)
.
As we're officially in February, we're officially in the month of all things love. On a dairy farm, we're talking about GELATO! We started our Valentine's flavor list with a bang: strawberry cheesecake and chocolate peanut butter. Wow, both seriously so good. Of all the cheesecake flavors, I think this is my new favorite. And we did a take on peanut butter gelato for the Valentine's month: a rich, dark chocolate gelato is generously finished with swirls of peanut butter for a flavor so much like the famous peanut butter cups we know and love!  We've got two more Valentine flavors to add next week for a seriously delicious treat option for the one you love! We're fully stocked with both of these amazing flavors for our farm shoppe hours this Saturday 10am - 2pm.
.
And speaking of gelato: ship-to-home boxes are LIVE! Featuring a special Valentine's flavor bundle, grab your 5 or 8 pint box for shipping 2/7 and 2/13!
.
And on a different note, if you're starting your own dairy farm and creamery, we launched our first ever online course this week: A Market Dairy! We really put our heart and soul into this, with hours and hours of video content and step-by-step tutorials answering every question we could think of for starting your own creamery. This course is exactly what I wish I had when we first started. We feel so lucky to be able to teach other farmers our exact process.
.
And now, for my favorite finds of the week:

.

A most happy weekend, friends!

We hope to see you at the farm shoppe this Saturday (and every Saturday) 10am until 2pm!

xx,

Lisa
