Happy Friday (and Happy Birthday to Jesse)!
We're so excited to celebrate our favorite dairy farmer's birthday this weekend, and to let you all join in the fun: BIRTHDAY CAKE GELATO is restocked at the farm shoppe! This gelato is always a hit, and we're so excited to bring it back just in time to celebrate Jesse's birthday this weekend. We've also got chocolate chip cookie dough, chocolate peanut butter, classic vanilla, raspberry chocolate chip and sea salt caramel in the farm shoppe freezer this weekend!

As we're getting used to these unseasonably warm March temperatures, spring chores are abound here at the farm! From fixing fence (the deer do so much damage through the winter months) to planting grass/pasture seed mixes to help restart the pastures and barn cleaning/preparations for letting the cows out: we're full spring ahead here.

We've still got a fully stocked freezer of our beef in stock this weekend, too! From ground beef to premium steaks (we're only sold of out of filet and Porterhouse so far) like NY Strip, Ribeye and T-bone and sirloin. We're also stocked with beef short ribs and beef roasts and even some prize cuts like skirt and flank steak! These cuts won't last much longer, so stop by and fill your freezer!
