Happy Friday!

.
Spring has finally made it's way to our neck of the woods and we couldn't be more glad! Though we're not making it out of the 50's this weekend, all the sure signs of spring are here- green grass, birds singing, daffodils blooming, warmer days, longer sunshine, and that sweet undeniable smell of spring! We're all so grateful.
.
Last week, I took the kids to the Florida Gulf Coast for a long weekend and it was such a refreshing, quick trip. We spent all day in the sunshine, playing in the ocean and pools, collecting seashells and building sandcastles. We ate fresh seafood and smoothie bowls and ice cream. We all had the best little refresher, but we're always happen to come home. It's our goal for the next few years to find some farm help to get Jesse off the farm with us, but sometimes small business doesn't allow for all our wishes. But for now we'll keep working and saving and growing, with big dreams of hiring some farm help one day!
.
With spring in mind, we brought back two favorite gelatos last week and again this week: Maple Sap Season and Toasted Coconut!
.
Maple Sap Season might be one of my favorite flavors: it's made with real, local maple syrup and a hint of molasses and finished with pralined pecans for a fresh, local take on maple pecan. It's just sweet enough and seriously so good. And just in time for the local maple syrup season to end!
.
Toasted Coconut is just as you imagine: real cream of coconut churned in our classic base and finished with flakes of sweetened, toasted coconut. No artificial flavors here! This coconut flavor is the real deal: coconut! You can grab either of these new gelato flavors at our farm shoppe this Saturday 10am until 2pm!
