It's a Valentine's pre-weekend celebration at the farm shoppe! This Saturday, we're excited to bring an amazing list of Valentine's Day inspired gelato: the sweetest gift for the one you love!

First up: strawberry cheesecake. The classic Valentine's Day dessert in gelato form! We blended cream cheese into out classic vanilla gelato base and swirled rich, sweet strawberry puree and a graham cracker crust.

We added a chocolate gelato with a peanut butter swirl for a classic peanut butter cup gelato.
.
And don't forget the caramel sensations: dark chocolate gelato with a sea salt caramel swirl and also our classic vanilla sea salt caramel are back just in time.

And lastly: a raspberry fudge gelato for the fruit-and-chocolate flavor of the season! A rich, raspberry gelato is swirled with raspberry compote and fudge sauce.

All of these flavors are waiting for you at our farm shoppe this Saturday, 10am until 2pm. It's the perfect gift (if I do say so) for the Valentine in your life!

We started our farm business by scrimping and saving up $30k and though it felt impossible, it was the best thing we've done for ourselves, our family, our marriage and our business.
