Let’s start with the elephant, err gelato, in the room: NEW FLAVORS ARE HERE!

First up: blueberry cheesecake. And before I give a description, you should know I think this might be my favorite flavor yet. We stirred cream cheese into our warm gelato base before chilling it in our cooler overnight. This overnight chilling, otherwise known as “aging” is so important for flavor and texture development. After aging, we churn the cream cheese base in our gelato machine, and swirl in just enough fresh blueberry compote (blueberries + sugar) and a graham cracker crumble. This flavor and texture is out of this world. I can’t wait for you guys to taste this one.

We’re also so excited to add another chocolate-lovers dream: chocolate hazelnut. Think, Nutella, but make it gelato. Yep, you’ve got it 

Both of these beauties are available this Saturday and next Saturday at our farm shoppe from 10am – 1pm, and we’ll do our best to make more and get it delivered to a store near you during the week!

We hope you all had a great Easter weekend–I know our weather was the perfect accompaniment to the celebration of Easter at our house!
