We're passionate about dairy farming, and have discovered and built a Microdairy model, allowing us to serve our community with the freshest, highest quality milk while building a financially sustainable dairy farm.
A Modern Microdairy
On our 20 acre dairy farm, we milk just 10 cows. We vat-pasteurize and bottle all our milk right here and sell it directly to our local community. It's the dairy farm of older ages or the European Microdairy model: where the customer comes to the farm, gets to know the farmer and the cows that produce their milk.
It's the older, more simpler way of dairy farming, but in modern times.
In addition to our creamline milk (the cream rises!) we also produce gelato, yogurt and several varieties of flavored milk pints, using only the highest quality ingredients without artificial flavors or stabilizers.
Our milk is real, simple and the freshest it gets.

After our first year, we increased our herd size and profited more from 6 cows than most of the commodity farmers in our area.
We knew we were onto something.
